Set over two floors, Twelve offers two distinct  private areas each with three bars across two floors. Our venue is perfect for birthday parties, Hen parties, engagement or for promoters seeking to host club events.

Our venue hire fee is £70 per hour. The entirety of your  hire fee is refunded for parties that achieved a minimum bar spend of £1500. We only accept venue hire for parties with a minimum of 60 guests in attendance (excluding any under 18’s that may be in attendance for private parties only)

Our Venue standing capacity is 150 and seating capacity of 70 guests. The venue is equipped with state of the heart sound system.
